You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linens are not included in the room rate. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for an additional charge of €13 per person. Please note that air conditioning is included, but has a limit of 200 kW per week. If this limit is exceeded, we will discount off the deposit.
