Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 5 per day.

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 4. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Maestro in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of EUR 20 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that early check-in (before 13:00) and late check-in (after 18:00) are available at an extra charge of EUR 4 per hour. Luggage storage costs EUR 2 per hour.
