Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 4 years old and over stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property has no reception. Please call the the owner at least 2 hours before your arrival to plan the check-in. Please note that the 30% or 100% prepayment by cash/cheque/bank transfer is due before arrival. The property will contact you directly to organise this. Please tell the owner about how many people should be staying in the apartment to allow him to set up the apartment properly.
