The Unce property is located in the quiet area of Valmiera, only 500 metres from the centre. It offers homely rooms in two buildings with free Wi-Fi, wooden furniture as well as a shared kitchen. Guests of the Unce are welcome to cook their own meals in the kitchen equipped with an electric stove and essential kitchenware. All rooms feature a fridge for the guests’ convenience. They are located in a 5-storey building or in a 4-storey building with the reception. There also are barbecue facilities is the green garden, which also features interesting, ancient agricultural tools and a wooden well. The famous Valmiera Theatre is only a 10-minute walk away, just like the Castle ruins and a Valleta shopping mall. The Central Bus Station is 200 metres away.
