You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of THB 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the room includes free electricity usage of 60 KWH per day. Additional usage will be charged separately as 7 THB per 1 kWh. Water and all house services are included in the rental price. For long stays (28 days or longer): A security deposit of 5,000 Thai baht (THB) will be required at the time of check-in to cover any excess electricity costs.
