Located 300 metres from the beach, Villa Risan offers air-conditioned studios and apartments with free Wi-Fi, cable TV and balcony or terrace with views of the sea. The property includes a barbecue and a furnished terrace in front. Guests can relax with a selection of free newspapers, and car rental services are also offered at the Risan. Parking is free of charge. You can find some open air cocktail bars on the beach, while shops, a market and the local bus station are in the centre of Risan, approximately 500 metres away. Risan Villa is about 12 km from the centre of Kotor. Tivat Airport is 20 km away. Airport pick-up can be arranged at an extra charge.
