Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

All children are welcome. Up to three children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing beds. Up to three children from 3 to 11 years are charged XPF 2000 per night when using existing beds. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. The maximum number of total guests in a room is 13. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Please inform Villa Alizes in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of XPF 50000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
