This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the price. Guests can rent them for EUR 10 per person (bed linen) and EUR 4 per person (towels) or they can bring their own. Please note that the energy is not included in the rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure. Baby cots or chairs can be rented on-site. Pease note that check-in is by appointment only. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Linen rental on request: 12€/pers and towel rental: 8€/pers
