This boarding house is situated in the Sielmingen district of Filderstadt, near Stuttgart Airport and the new congress centre, and 18 km south of Stuttgart. Free WiFi is provided.
All rooms at the Boardingroom are non-smoking, and feature facilities such as a desk and a TV with satellite channels, as well as free high-speed cable internet access for guests. The private bathrooms come with a shower.
The accommodation also enjoys convenient road access from the A8 motorway and the B27. You can also park for free outside the hotel.
Guests using public transport will find a city train (S-Bahn) station just 800 metres away, linking you to all parts of Stuttgart.

Reception is available by phone from 7:00 AM -9 PM.
Guests planning to arrive outside these times are asked to contact the Boarding House in advance, to make check-in arrangements.
For bookings of more than 3 rooms or more than 6 guests, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
