Age
Dormitory guests must be 18-40 years of age, whereas private room guests must be 18 and above.
Cancellation
• Rules regarding cancellations and prepayments differ based on the chosen accommodation.
• Reserving over 2 rooms may trigger varying policies and extra charges.
Deposit
• Upon arrival, a AUD 50 damage deposit is required via credit card.
• Following an inspection of the property, the full amount will be reimbursed to the credit card within 7 days of check-out.
Children
Children are not permitted, and neither cribs nor extra beds are provided.
Pets
Animals are not allowed on the property.
Payment
• Cash is the accepted payment method.
• Group reservations consisting of 6 or more individuals necessitate full payment in advance and undergo an approval procedure.
Other
• Parties, events, bachelor(ette) functions, and similar gatherings are strictly prohibited.
• Any special requests, including those for vegan or vegetarian diets, must be communicated upon arrival and are subject to availability and potential extra fees.
