The Dacha is 2-storey wooden chalet offering self-catering accommodation in Zell am See, just an 8-minute stroll from the Areit Ski Lift. Amenities include free WiFi, a sauna, and a patio with barbecue facilities. The Schmittenhöhe Ski Resort lies 800 metres away.
The Dacha Chalet features wooden interiors with stylish furnishings. Upstairs there is a balcony with views of Mount Kitzsteinhornblick. There are modern household appliances, such as a dishwasher, and a flat-screen satellite TV with a DVD player. A washing machine and a dryer are available.
Guests can stock up on necessities in the grocery stores within in 200 metres of the house. Popular summertime activities include wind surfing and waterskiing on nearby Lake Zell, which is 1.3 km away.
From summer 2024, the Zell am See Kaprun summer card will be included in the price. This card offers you numerous free benefits from May 15th. - October 31st, including free use of the cable cars and various entrance fees.

A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
