You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Unfortunately, this property is unable to accommodate bookings for stag/ hen parties or school leavers (“Matric Rage”). Any such bookings will be cancelled, with no refund given. The property apologizes for any inconvenience. Please see the Conditions of letting that the agent will send you on confirmation of your booking. Please note that Visa debit cards cannot be used to guarantee the reservations as the card cannot be processed without the actual card being present. You will be required to provide a copy/photo of the front and back of the credit card as well as a copy of your ID or drivers license for all manual credit card transactions. "Please note a 50% deposit of the total booking fee is required 24 hours after making a booking. We would like to emphasise that we are a provider of strictly family friendly holiday accommodation, and we do not allow the following in any of our properties: • Parties / events / services • Overcrowding (The maximum number of persons occupying the unit at all times must not exceed the number of beds.) • Drunken disorderly behaviour • Noise Disturbance / loud music • No Matric Rage bookings All of which can be found in our Terms and Conditions of Letting and booking restrictions which will be emailed to you as soon as you have confirmed your booking and send us your details. Unfortunately, should any of the above occur during your stay we will have no option but to evict immediately without any refund. It would be best to resolve such issues now so you can enjoy your holiday.
