Please inform Copenhaege in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Protucana, Puerto Deportivo Luis Campomanes, Edifcio Timonel 77B, 03590 Altea. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Keys can be collected: Monday - Friday, from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 15:30 to 18:00 Saturdays, from 10:00 to 13:00. Please note that late check-in after 19:00 carries a EUR 50 surcharge.
