Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Please, note to use the CTC Club swimming pools, the guest will be charge a fee of R$ 35 per day and is aplied to all guests over 7 years old. Note, the property provide only the first cleaning in the accommodation and there is parking spot for just one car, per accommodation. Also the property does not provide bedsheets, pillows, towels or blankets. The property does not have swimming pools, the pictures are from CTC Club, near the property and meals are not included.
