Only 300 metres from Santa Maria Novella Train Station, Gemini Studios offers self-catering accommodation with air conditioning. Florence Cathedral is a pleasant 15-minute walk away. Check-in takes place at the office next door. The apartments are located over 2 floors of a historic building with no lift. The kitchenette is complete with a microwave and coffee machine. Gemini Studios has a shared internal courtyard, and is 50 metres from the nearest bar where you can get an Italian coffee at breakfast. A municipal car park in the next street is open until 20:00 on work days.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, please write this request and your company details in the Ask a question box. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property is located in a busy area and guests may experience noise. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A surcharge of EUR 50 applies for arrivals after 20:00. The latest check-in hour, even if paying a surcharge, is 00:00. All requests for late arrival must be requested at least 2 days in advance and confirmed by the property. Please note that the property does not have luggage storage. Bed linen and towels are provided at the beginning of the stay. Any additional change is upon request and comes at an extra cost.
