Offering a spacious garden with outdoor swimming pool, Il Ducato is a renovated 18th-century mill located in the countryside around Cortona.
The rooms feature a cooling fan, a TV and a private bathroom with hairdryer and free toiletries. They are decorated in a classic style with tiled floors.
Guests have free access to a kitchenette on request.
A bus to/from Cortona, Arezzo and Camucia stops 500 metres from the property. Lake Trasimeno is a 15-minute drive away, while Cortona is 2 km from Il Ducato.
