Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is accessible via an unpaved road, which may be unsuitable for some vehicles. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
