This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. You are advised to bring your own vehicle as this property is not serviced by public transport. A damage deposit of USD 500 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check-in.
