Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. People no matter the age stay for € 40 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the hotel can serve guests in Luxembourgish, German, French and English. Please note that families have the possibilities to reserve two rooms next to each other with connecting doors. Extra beds are only possible in the Comfort category and Superior Suite. There is a 24 hour check in offered. Guests arriving after 10 pm will receive their room cards at the self-check-in machine in the hotel's entrance. It is important to specify the surname as specified in the reservation.
