The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of ZAR 10000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. The credit card must match the one used to guarantee the booking. Please note prepayment is required through an EFT-electronic bank transfer or online credit card payment link services. The property will contact you with instructions.
