This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AED 1500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. This is a licensed holiday home by DTCM. It is not a hotel or Hotel apartment. A passport copy is required for each guest before arrival to allow time to coordinate access approval from the community security office. Please note that if guests' check-in / out timing is between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM, there will be an additional charge of USD 27 or AED 100. Complimentary (once a week) housekeeping that includes cleaning, bed linen and towel change. Any more housekeeping services required will be available at an added charge. This apartment offers free beach access to guests PROVIDED THEY EAT at the seafood restaurant IBN AL BAHAR downstairs.
