Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots. You haven't added any extra beds.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Check-in takes place at the Boreal travel agency in Corso del Sole 66, around 1 km from the apartments. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or buy them on site (hygienic and disposable) at a cost of EUR 18 for double bed, EUR 13 for single bed, EUR 13 for towels set (1 medium + 1 big) Accommodation must be left clean and tidy, or a final cleaning charge of EUR 60 will apply.
