Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform L'Esterel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that for non-refundable rates, guests are required to pay the total amount of the stay via a secured link sent upon reservation. If guests don't provide this credit card, another valid credit card is required for the payment of the stay. For reservations of more than 8 nights, specific conditions will apply: a deposit of 30% will be requested on booking even if the rate is flexible and refundable.This deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. Please note that the name on the credit card used for payment must match the name used for the reservation. This card and a valid photo ID will be required upon arrival.
