You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Plum Guide will require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID and a profile photo within 24 hours of booking. The total number of guests must not exceed that on the booking confirmation. Please note a prepayment will be charged at the time of booking, this will be fully refunded if the booking is cancelled within the free cancellation period. The name of the property on Booking.com may differ from the name of the property listed on the building or on other channels. If your booking is Non Refundable but you cannot travel due to having Covid or due to travel restrictions, your booking can be cancelled free of charge if reasonable evidence is provided.
