Children of any age are allowed. Children 4 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 4 years old to 17 years old stay for SAR 100 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 5 years old and over stay for SAR 100 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. It is not possible to stay at this property for Coronavirus (COVID-19) quarantine purposes. A damage deposit of SAR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. 1- Please note that non-Muslims cannot enter the cities of Makkah & Madinah without special permission from the government. 2- Third party credit cards are not accepted. The credit card used to make the booking must be present at the reception desk upon check-in. 3- Hotel reserves the right to cancel the Non Guaranteed reservations after 6 pm on the day of Arrival. 4- Please note that during the holy month of Ramadan, "Sahur" will be served in place of the morning breakfast and the "Iftar" will be served instead of dinner.
