Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 55 per week.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots. You haven't added any extra beds.

A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note towels are not included and are available at an extra cost. Sheets are changed once a week. There is an optional cleaning service, which costs EUR 40.This amount will be refunded in the case of the apartment being cleaned by the guest. Key collection takes place at the property's reception located at Calle Tulipa 2. The pool is supervised and cleaned every day according to CA regulations, for this reason in compliance with the HYGIENE AND HEALTH REGULATIONS IN POOLS, BATHING WITH ANY TYPE OF OBJECTS, INFLATABLES, AND THE USE OF BURKINI, DRESS OR CLOTHING IS PROHIBITED . Bathing is only allowed with a short swimsuit or bikini.
