Casas do Capelo is a set of typical Azores properties situated in the Capelo parish. They feature modern touches along with its traditional stone structures. The tranquil Casas do Capelo are a 10-minute drive from the airport. The homes all feature a living room with a sofa, WiFi and TV. The units include a fully-equipped kitchenette, private bathroom, terrace, balcony and views over the garden and the ocean. Guests are welcome to prepare their own meals in the kitchenette. It includes a microwave, refrigerator, stove and cutlery. Outdoor barbecue facilities are also available. It is a 13-minute drive from the Faial Natural Park, featuring its lush green areas, hiking trails and varied animal and plant life. Varadouro pools are a 5-minute drive. Horta is an 18-minute drive from the property and features many restaurants, shops and bars. 13-minute drive from the Capelinhos Volcano which features a museum that was up for the 2012 European Museum of the Year Award. Porto Pim Beach is a 20-minute drive from the Casas do Capelo.
