This Savoyard-style building is located 10minutes drive from Annecy Lake and city center, and is nearby the main route to Geneva and Paris. Mont Blanc is one hour away by car. Our hotel is a 30-minute drive from both La Clusaz and Grand Bornand ski resorts. There are many restaurants located within 150 metres of the property. Located within the Grand Epagny shopping area, oyet there is a stunning view on the mountains around that you can enjoy from the terrasse. All our rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating system, a 50 inches TV with chromecast, and a high-speed free wifi access. You can enjoy a cosy breakfast room where you can also work during the day. Check-in from 3 PM Check-out until 11 AM Our breakfast is a buffet served from 6:30 to 10 AM (7 AM on sundays), where you can enjoy warm drinks, bread, viennoiseries, scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, muesli, dry and fresh fruits, local yoghurts, juices. If you need plant-based milk or glutenfree product, please tell us in advance that we can organize it for you. We do have a bar, open from 12AM to 10 PM where you can enjoy a fresh beer, a local lemonade or a glass of wine. The hotel offers free outdoor parking and a securized underground car/motorbike parking for 10€ per night, under request to ensure that we can book a parking space for you. Please contact the reception to book it before your arrival to make sure of the avaibility. We can store your bicycles in there for free. We are animal-friendly, for 10€ per night you can bring your pet at Hotel Kobalt. At last, we do take a deposit of 80€, by credit card, which is not debited from your account, and which is released on the day of your departure, after your room has been cleaned by our team. This policy has been put in place to prevent damages caused by smoking, for instance. There is a significant room recovery fees for guests who do not comply in order to cover the extensive cost of restoring guest rooms to a smoke-free condition.
