Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for free when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that a EUR 50 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Bed linen and towel rental is available at the property. Heating costs are included for stays between 15 September and 15 May. Outside of this time period, heating is at a cost of EUR 25 per week. Please note that cash, cheque and bank transfer (within European countries) are accepted methods of payment.
