Located just 400 metres from the sandy beach in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, this residence offers self-catering apartments and studios and a heated swimming pool with a sun terrace. Each modern accommodation is simply decorated and has a furnished terrace or balcony. Free Wi-Fi is accessible in some apartments, while a baby kit, hairdryer, BBQ, board games and ironing facilities are available for free. Free private parking is possible on site. Both the thalassotherapy centre and Saint-Jean-de-Monts Golf Club are 6 km away. Local shops are 2.5 km away, however in July and August there are shops 500 metres from the residence.

The swimming pool is heated from the 15th of June to the 15th of September.
