Located just a few steps from the beach, in Herzelia, Raphael Apartments features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. It offers self-catering accommodation units that overlook the sea. Free WiFi access is provided. All apartments are air-conditioned and include a living room with a seating area and a flat-screen satellite TV. Each one has a kitchen or kitchenette and a dining area. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and free toiletries. Some units have a washing machine. Some apartments have a balcony and a dishwasher. Guests can also enjoy the hotel's spa, wellness area and indoor heated swimming pool. The nearest shopping area including a grocery shop is 300 metres away. Based on local tax laws, guests with a tourist visa to Israel are exempted from paying VAT for their reservation. Israeli citizens and residents ("non tourists" as defined in the VAT law) must pay VAT. This tax is automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation for domestic customers.
