客人需於入住前轉帳預付訂金，以作為訂房擔保。住宿處會在完成預訂後聯繫您，提供銀行轉帳相關指示。 請提前告知多納聖盧西亞公寓您預計抵達的時間。您可以在訂房時使用特殊要求方框通知對方，或透過確認函上提供的聯絡資料直接與住宿處聯繫。 此住宿不接受群聚打牌、看運動賽事、單身派對等類似聚會。 After the reservation is made, the property will charge $10.000 CLP to the credit card as a test to check the card, this amount will be cancelled afterwards. The apartments are located in a residential building, this means the front-desk is not available for guests, only for building residents. Please refrain from asking the front-desk's help should there be any problems. In turn, if there is a problem, please contact the the property owner via email and they will get back to you ASAP. The phone at the front-desk cannot be used by guests. Luggage cannot be stored at the front-desk or anywhere on the ground floor. Check-in is conducted as of 15:00 and check-out is until 12:00 (noon). A full night will be charged for check-out after noon. Please note toilet paper is provided for arrival only. Extra rolls should be provided by the guests. LOCAL TAX LAW Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%. To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA). This additional fee (IVA) is not included in the hotel rates and must be paid separately.
