Introduction

Citilink (QG) is a low cost carrier airline flying to domestic & international routes. The airline provides the passenger with a cabin baggage allowance of 7 kg and maximum size of 56 cm x 36 cm x 23 cm (L x W x H) for Airbus A320 or 41 cm x 34 cm x 17 cm (L x W x H) for ATR 72-600. The passengers flying domestic routes with Citilink will get checked baggage allowance of 15 kg. Check in time at the airport starts from 180 minutes prior to the flight departure time. Online check in is allowed for flight with the airline on Citilink official website. It can be done 2 days prior to flight departure time.

History

Citilink operating with IATA (QG) and ICAO (CTV) was first established in 2001. The airline runs under the management of PT Citilink Indonesia. During the year of its establishment, Citilink has grown significantly and keep offering a reliable service for their customers. This airline was first flown on 16-07-2001. The first ever flight route was Jakarta (CGK) - Surabaya (SUB) using Fokker F28 Fellowships. Citilink has been awarded 4-Star Low-Cost Airline in 2018 by SKYTRAX,Best Low Cost Carrier - Asia in 2018 by TripAdvisor,4-Star Low-Cost Airline in 2019 by APEX.

Flight Attendant

Citilink cabin crew wears a uniform in green and lime colors. For male flight attendants, they wear grey shirt, black vest with black trousers. For female flight attendants, they wear green blouse have a gurdo aji pattern, green long sleeve blouse special use hijab and green skirt have a gurdo aji pattern, green trouser special make hijab. Apart from a perfectly made uniform, Citilink cabin crew have gained a great reputation for its excellent flight services.

Baggage

Web Check-in

Passengers can check in online through the official website of Citilink. To do so, click here to go to the airline’s check-in page. Online check-in page can be done 2 days prior to scheduled departure time.

Airport Check-in

Airport check in can be done in the Citilink check-in counters 180 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.

Kiosk Check-in

Citilink does not support kiosk check in services for the passengers.

App Check-in

Check in through the airline’s official mobile (Android/iOS) app is possible. To do so, download the Citilink mobile application on their smartphone. The check in time is 48 hours before the departure time.
