Introduction

FlyOne (5F) is a low cost carrier airline operating international routes. Cabin baggage allowance are not provided to passenger of FlyOne. The flight ticket fare does not include free checked baggage allowance. Check in time at the airport starts from 180 minutes before the flight departure time. Check in online is allowed for flights with the airline on FlyOne official website. It can be done 1 days prior to scheduled departure time.

How to Book

1. Go to Airpaz site, or access the Airpaz application (Android/iOS) on your mobile phone. 2. Fill in the flight details in the flight search box. 3. Choose the best flight. 4. Fill in the contact detail and passenger information on the booking page. 5. Process your payment through the selected method. 6. Find your FlyOne flight e-ticket in the My Booking page, or in your email.

Across the years, FlyOne aimed to satisfy their loyal passengers through the services it offers. Today, the airline has successfully obtained September 20, 2016 - FLYONE joined the "Saber" GDS ticket sales system,October 14, 2019 - FLYONE has adopted Navitaire’s New Skies digital and retail reservations platform.

Flight Attendant

FlyOne cabin crew wears a uniform that is dominated by blue and black. For female flight attendants, they wear dark blue or black long sleeve with blue suit and white scarf and blue skirt. This uniform has been perfectly laid out, that makes it easier for the crew to move around the cabin while providing passengers’ needs.

Web Check-in

Through the official website of FlyOne, passengers can check in online. To do so, click here to go to the airline’s check-in page. Web check-in can be done 1 days prior to scheduled departure time.

Airport Check-in

Airport check in can be done in the FlyOne check-in counters 180 minutes prior to the flight departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.

Kiosk Check-in

FlyOne does not support kiosk check in services for the passengers.

App Check-in

It is possible for FlyOne passengers to check in through the airline’s official mobile (Android/iOS) app. To do this, download the FlyOne mobile application on their mobile phone. The check in time is 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
