History

Batik Air operating with IATA (ID) and ICAO (BTK) was first founded in 2013. The airline is operated under PT. Batik Air Indonesia. Throughout the years, Batik Air has grown significantly and keep providing a credible service for their loyal passengers. This airline began its operation on 03-05-2013. The first ever flight route was Jakarta (CGK) - Manado (MDC) and Jakarta (CGK) - Balikpapan (BPN) using Boeing 737-900ERs. Batik Air has won OAG Flightview in Januari 2018 and PT Angkasa Pura in 2017.

Flight Attendant

Batik Air cabin crew wears a uniform that is dominated by white, purple and red. For male flight attendants, they wear white shirt and purple trousers. For female flight attendants, they wear white kebaya V collar or white kebaya round collar with embroidery with batik pencil long skirt which is dominated by purple color. The uniform itself represents Batik Air sense of purpose to offer the best service to their passengers during the flight.
