Baggage

Web Check-in

Through the official website of Lufthansa, passengers can check in online. To do so, click here to go to the airline’s check-in page. Online check-in page can be done 1.25 days prior to scheduled departure time.

Airport Check-in

Airport check in can be done in the Lufthansa check-in counters 120 minutes before the scheduled flight departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.

Kiosk Check-in

Kiosk check-in services is available for the Lufthansa passengers, and could be accessed at the departure airport depending on the availability. For further information on this service, contact the airline call center. The check in time is 180 hours before the departure time.

App Check-in

App check-in through the airline’s official mobile (Android/iOS) app is possible. To do this, download the Lufthansa mobile application on their handphone. The check in time is 30 hours before the departure time.
