You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of USD 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests must be at least 24 years of age or older to check in without a parent or official guardian. We are a self check-in property and require a copy of valid ID 7 days prior to check-in. If the reservation was made within 7 days of check-in, guests will have to send the signed rental agreement, a copy of their ID, and the security deposit at the time of booking.
