1. Open Booking Details

Open your booking details from the order list or from find my booking feature. Then, click "Change Flight" in the Manage Booking options.

2. Complete Required Document

Choose reschedule reason such as voluntary change flight, flight schedule changes or flight cancelled by the airline and upload attached document that is required.

3. Submit Change Flight Request

Select passenger and which flight that you want to reschedule.

4. Select New Flight Schedule

Choose the flight new dates and times which available. Then, submit the change flight request.

5. Wait for Our Team Confirmation

Our team will send emails about the change flight’s confirmation.

6. Flight Change Confirmation & Payment

After our team confirms the request, you may need to approve it. If there's a flight change fee, please pay it using your preferred payment method to process the request.

7. Get Confirmation and Updated Booking Info

We’ll send an email confirmation once your flight schedule is successfully changed. You can also check the status and updated booking details in the Manage Booking page.
