Change Traveler Data Guide

1. Open Booking Details

Open your booking details from the order list or from find my booking feature. Then, click "Change Passenger Data" in the Manage Booking options.

2. Submit Change Passenger Data Request

Select passengers whose data needs to be changed.

3. Complete Required Document

Upload attached document that is required, such as passenger’s passport or ID card.

4. Wait for Our Team Confirmation

Our team will send emails about the change passenger’s data confirmation.

5. Complete Payment

Pay passenger’s data correction fee using your preferred payment method to complete the request.

6. Get Confirmation and Updated Booking Info

We’ll send an email confirmation once your passenger data is successfully changed. You can also check the status and updated booking details in the Manage Booking page.
