Yugo Explore - Lee Point

Yugo Explore - Lee Point is a student accommodation set in Cork City Centre. We operate as student accommodation from September to May and then turn into a hotel for the summer months. We are located on the old Beamish and Crawford site, with a Tesco Express on site. We are also just off Washington Street, which is a street known for many pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We are also very close to the English market, which has an emphasis on traditional Irish foods and a must see when visiting Cork! Our bedrooms are fitted with double beds and plenty of storage space. Each apartment will have 6 rooms minimum, and this can go up to 8. Each room has a private bathroom. All apartments have access to a shared kitchen (within the apartment) and living area which contains a fridge/freezer, hobs, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and TV (bedrooms do not have a TV). These will also be stocked with cutlery, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots and pans. Guests have access to several communal spaces including a games room, study rooms, a gym and cinema rooms. We don’t have parking onsite, but we do offer a discounted rate of 16 euros per 24 hours with Q Park Grand Parade - The Grafton Mall, Grand Parade, T12 PXR5. This is an indoor multi-story car park located next to Casey's furniture shop. Please have your ticket validated at the Lee Point reception before checking out. The nearest airport is Cork Airport, is around 7.5km from the property. There is a bus station a 10-minute walk from the property and a train station a 20-minute walk from the property. The minimum age for check in is 18. All members of a booking must be at least 18 years old unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. If not then your booking will be cancelled on arrival. Valid ID will be required for all guests checking in on arrival. We do not accept expired ID, photographs or photocopies of ID. Construction works in the surrounding area may cause some noise disturbance.
