Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children 11 years old stay for free when using an available extra bed. People 12 years old and over stay for JOD 10 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Al Basem Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. 1-Guests will be responsible for any damage caused to the Hotel room or any furnishings, fittings and equipment therein by any act or omission of the Guest, his/her invitees, subcontractors or guests. Should this damage come to light after the guest has departed, ALBASEM Hotel reserves the right to make a charge to the Guest's credit or debit card. 2-ALBASEM Hotel reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behavior of the Guest or invitees of the Guest who must take all steps necessary for corrective action as requested by the Hotel. In the event of failure to comply with management's request, the Hotel may terminate a booking or function immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation. 3-Alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited inside the hotel premises.No alcohol allowed onsite 4-The hotel will request a marriage contract for Arab residents only.
