Noirmoutrine is a 5-minute walk from the sea and 5 km from the centre of Noirmoutier-en-Île. This 4-bedroom house offers free Wi-Fi and a terrace with outdoor furniture and BBQ facilities.
The house includes a living room with exposed beams, a TV and a DVD player. The bathrooms are complete with a shower and a hairdryer.
Guests can prepare homemade meals in the kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave and a freezer. A fridge, a coffee machine and a dishwasher are also provided.
Noirmoutrine is 300 metres from L’Herbaudière Marina and a 5-minute drive from the Château de Noirmoutier. The property is 200 metres from the harbour of Noirmoutier. Free private parking is available on site.

A damage deposit of EUR 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please let the property know your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking or contact the property.
After booking, you will receive an email from the property with payment and key pick-up instructions.
You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site.
Please note that a EUR 60 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee or clean the accommodation yourself.
Please note that electricity or/and heating costs are not included in the price.
Cheques are an accepted method of payment.
