Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Based on local tax laws, Israeli citizens must pay VAT. This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation and must be paid to the property. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are currently in effect at this property. A surcharge of ILS 100 applies for check-in from 17:00 until 19:00. Check-in from 19:00 until 21:00 costs ILS 200. Check-in is not possible after 21:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
