Clos des Séguineries is a renovated farm in Saint-Simon-de-Pellouaille, just 15 km from Saintes. It offers a heated swimming pool, free bicycle rental and cottages with a private terrace.
The cottages at Clos des Séguineries also include free Wi-Fi access and a living room with a TV. Each one of their kitchens is fully equipped with an oven, stove and microwave. A BBQ is provided outside.
You can enjoy croissants, baguettes and jam at the guest house’s continental-style breakfast every morning. The property also offers free use of a laundry room, table tennis and pétanque facilities.
Free private parking is available on site and the A10 motorway is just a 6-minute drive away. Other local activities include driving the 30 km to the sea or going to Saintonges Golf Course, 21 km from the guest house.

A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that the swimming pool is heated from May until September.
