Enjoying a quiet and sunny location surrounded by unspoiled nature, Haus Bachmann is located in the village of Assling. It offers apartment with a large garden, a balcony and an infrared cabin. Compedal Ski Centre is a 8-minute drive away.
Set in a traditional house with wooden elements, the apartment comprises a kitchen with a dishwasher, a living area and 2 bathrooms with shower and a bathtub. Amenities include satellite TV and a CD playing.
A terrace with barbecue facilities is at guests’ disposal. The nearest restaurant and a grocery store are 5 km away.
Biking and hiking opportunities can be found in the vicinity. Tennis courts can be reached within 5 km. Swimming is possible in Tristachersee Lake, 15 km away. Lienz Golf Course is also at a distance of 15 km.
Cross-country skiing is possible 1 km away. Lienzer Bergbahnen Ski Centre and Hochpustertal Ski Centre are a 20-minute drive away from the Haus Bachmann.

Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A deposit via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. Haus Bachmann will contact you with instructions after booking.
Please note that in winter season the electricity fee is not included in the apartment rate and will be charged according to consumption on departure.
