Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 1 year old stay for € 25 per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 25 per person per stay when using an existing bed. People no matter the age stay for € 25 per person per stay when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Please inform KolinPilvi in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are required to provide the property with a photo identification prior to check-in via e-mail. Please contact the property directly after booking for more information. A deposit of EUR 250 via bank wire is required to secure your reservation. After booking, you will receive payment instructions from KolinPilvi via email.
