Located just 400 metres from the sandy beach in Saint-Jean-de-Monts, this residence offers self-catering apartments and studios and a heated swimming pool with a sun terrace.
Each modern accommodation is simply decorated and has a furnished terrace or balcony. Free Wi-Fi is accessible in some apartments, while a baby kit, hairdryer, BBQ, board games and ironing facilities are available for free.
Free private parking is possible on site. Both the thalassotherapy centre and Saint-Jean-de-Monts Golf Club are 6 km away. Local shops are 2.5 km away, however in July and August there are shops 500 metres from the residence.
