General Rule of Baggage
Passengers can bring a carry-on baggage is identified as one item with maximum dimensions of 55 x 40 x 25cm, the sum of the total linear dimension not exceeding 115cm in size, and the weigh not exceeding 10 kilograms, as well as personal items (handbag, camera, umbrella, etc)
* the size of your baggage will be checked at securtiy inspeciton
* Oversize baggage will not be able to inspected. Please entrust it at the baggage counter before security inspection.
Free baggage allowance up to 20kg per passenger. Total weight maximum 100kg per passenger (Maximum weight per piece limited to 32kg). Over 20kg, not exceeding 100kg charge JPY1.000- per 10kg. Size restrictions: within 50cm x 60cm x 120cm. No limitation of pieces. We will accept skis and surfboards as checked baggage providing they do not exceed the maximum length of 280cm.
Baggage in excess of size restriction may not be accepted for loading if the cargo space of the aircraft is limited. Please be aware that you may arrange package delivery service by yourself if your baggage can not be checked in.
Wheelchairs for the passenger's own use, strollers, baby-carrying baskets and child safety seats are not included as checked baggage total weight and you can check them in free of charge. However, electric wheelchair is allowed up to 80kg in weight.
We recommend that passengers check in baggage no later than 30 minutes prior to flight departure

Regarding check in procedures
Please complete the check-in procedures at self-service check-in machine or check-in counter in the airport 20 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.
If you are traveling with one or more passengers, check-in procedures will commence after confirming that all members of the party have arrived.
If you're accompanied by an infant aged less than 3 years old who does not occupy a seat, please let us know as an infant boarding pass is necessary.
Be sure to inform airline if you are catching a connecting flight with another airline at your destination airport.
At airports, you’re offered various services, such as "boarding assistance for passengers with disabilities", "stroller rental service", "wheelchair (simple ones) rental service", etc.
Since security checks have been tightened, long lines can be expected at the check-in counters. Recommend that you come to the airport with sufficient time.
When you do not follow instructions regarding check in luggage, security inspection and boarding procedure, you may refused to board the flight.
Regarding check in time
For departure at Haneda, Sapporo (New Chitose), Kobe, Fukuoka and Naha airports, you can check-in anytime during the departure day when the counter is open.
For departure at airports other than ones listed above, check-in service begins 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
Once you have completed the check-in process, you can also check-in your baggages.
Please note that pets and perishable items etc, which can not be kept in custody for a long period, baggages check-in service begins 2 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
Please check in no later than 20 minutes prior to flight departure,
And come to the departure gate no later than 15 minutes prior to departure.

The number of exclusive late booking is for reservations on the previous day or for customers departing on the day. Reservations on the day are acceptable prior to 1 hour before the departure time.

Skymark Airlines is the low-cost airlines was founded in November 1996. In March 1997, Skymark was Able to Obtain six slots at Haneda Airport in Tokyo and moved its headquarters to the Marunouchi district of Tokyo. On September 19, 1998 Skymark airlines scheduled the fist flight from Haneda to Fukuoka. In 1999, Skymark added routes departed from itami to Fukuoka and Sapporo but suspended these in 2000 in order to offer more frequencies on the Haneda-Fukuoka route.
In 2002, Skymark took delivery of a third Boeing 767 aircraft and Began service on the Haneda-Kagoshima route, as well as charter service from Haneda to Seoul. In 2003, with a fourth 767 dry-leased from All Nippon Airways, it Began service to Aomori and Tokushima. On April 8, 2014, Skymark A380 made its first flight in Toulouse, France, and then for the first time made plans to develop farther routes ((London, Frankfurt, Paris and New York). On January 28, 2015, Skymark announced it bankruptcy, all of its A330 under his flag stop flying and temporarily halted all of its flight. After restructuring, on March 2016 its reorganization procedures have been approved by Japanese government. Currently, it has been restored to its normal state and original business territory.
Skymark Airlines is Japanese low cost carrier establised on November 12, 1996 headquartered at Haneda Airport in Ota, Tokyo , Japan . Skymark Airlines is the only carrier offering domestic flights at Haneda Airport in competition with the duopoly of All Nippon Airways and Japan Airlines. Airlines with commenced operations in 1998, operates domestic services from its hub Tokyo International Airport.
Nowadays, Skymark Airlines serve approximately 6.75 million passengers per year with 26 aircrafts with the most reasonable fare for 18 routes network which covers from Hokkaido in the north to Okinawa in the south.
