HKExpress (UO) is a low cost carrier airline flying to international routes. Cabin baggage allowance are not provided to passengers of HKExpress. The flight ticket fare does not include checked baggage allowance. Passenger can start checking in at the airport 180 minutes before the flight departure time. Check in online is allowed for flights with the airline on HKExpress official website page. It can be done 2 days prior to flight departure time.

HKExpress cabin crew wears a uniform in beige & black (men) and purple & white (Women). For male flight attendants, they wear beige suit, black shirt with black pants. For female flight attendants, they wear purple blazer & white shirt and black skirt / purple pants. This uniform has been designed perfectly, making the crew look more dashing.

Web Check-in

Passengers can check in online through the official website of HKExpress. To do so, click here to go to the airline’s check-in page. Online check-in can be done 2 days prior to scheduled departure time.

Airport Check-in

Check-in counters for HKExpress opens 180 minutes before the departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.

Kiosk Check-in

HKExpress provides kiosk check-in services for the passengers, which can be accessed at the departure city airport depending on the availability. For more information on this service, contact the airline customer service call center. The check in time is 3 hours prior to the departure time.

App Check-in
