Can I change my flight?
Every ticket has its own conditions, especially when it comes to change a flight date. You can find the exact conditions for your flight when you search your flight. If there is a word "Reschedule" stated in the flight detail, it means you are able to change your flight.
Please note, it is also possible that your ticket is not allowed to be changed.
You can send us a request to change your flight date/ reschedule through the 'Change Flight’ menu in 'Orders' in our website.

- Visit our website and click on 'Orders’ , then input with your Airpaz code and your email address (the one you used to make your booking).
- Click on ‘Search’
- Choose the option 'Change flight’ and follow the steps.

- Click on ‘Search’
- Choose the option 'Change flight’ and follow the steps.
How to check my refund status?
For check your refund status, you can simply go to 'Orders' menu, then fill in your Airpaz code and your registered email.
If you request for a refund, the status will be displayed there.
If you have registered and have an Airpaz account before, please login to your Airpaz account first before go to 'Orders' menu.
I want to add excess baggage
For add baggage, you can simply go to 'Orders' menu in our website/apps.

- Click on ‘Search’
- Choose the option 'Add baggage’ and follow the steps.

No confirmation after done payment
You will receive your e-ticket as soon as your reservation with the airlines is completed and it will be sent to you via email.
It is possible that the confirmation email along with your e-ticket and receipt ends up in your spam filter (it is in the spam folder tab in your registered email). Please try to check in there.
How to get or resend my e-ticket/itinerary ?
To resend your itinerary, please follow the steps below:
- Open our website www.airpaz.com
- Choose the "Orders" menu
- Input your Airpaz code and email
- Click Search
- Choose "Resend Itinerary", put your email address then click on "Send"

How do I correct my traveler data?
Please send us a correction name request through our form and make sure you select 'Change Traveler Data’ in 'Orders' menu in our website.
Here is the instruction:
- Visit Our website and click on 'Orders’ then insert with your Airpaz code and your email address (the one you used to make your booking).
- Click on ‘Search’
- Choose the option 'Change Traveler Data and follow the steps.
If you are a Member, then you must login first in order to Manage your booking,
- Visit our website, Login and click on 'Orders’ with your Airpaz code
- Click on ‘Search’
- Choose the option 'Change Traveler Data and follow the steps.
*Please notice:
Changing a flight ticket usually requiring additional costs even if you just need to correct a small spelling mistake for your name.
I cannot use my voucher
If your voucher code isn't working or if you don't see the field to verify your voucher, then you need to make sure your booking meets all the following conditions:
- Voucher must be applied by using same currency from your original booking
- Check if all spaces are deleted at the beginning and at the end of the code
- Check if you are mistaken 0 (the number) with O (the letter)
- Check the validity of the code. A voucher code is valid for 1 year since the date you received the voucher email.
- The voucher from flight booking is valid for flights only
- Enter the code on the payment page by clicking on ‘Verify’ to apply the voucher code
A voucher code is valid for 1 year starting from the date when you received the voucher email.
Once validity has expired, you can’t redeem it anymore.
How can I reserve a seat?
Steps to Select a Seat in Advance:
- During Booking Process: After choosing your flight and filling in passenger details, go to the next page.
- Find Seat Preference: Look for and select the "Seat Preference" option.
- Assign Seat to Passenger: Choose the passenger for whom you are selecting a seat.
- Select Seat: Choose your preferred seat.
- Check Price: The price of the selected seat will be shown.
- Submit Selection: Tap "Submit" to add the seat price to your booking total.
- Proceed to Payment: Complete the payment process.
Note:
- Once you submit your booking with a selected seat, it cannot be canceled.
- Your seat details will appear on your e-ticket and invoice after payment is confirmed.
If You Don’t Reserve a Seat:
- You will be allocated a random seat either during check-in or at the boarding gate.
How to Select a Seat After Booking:
- Visit Help Center: Access the Help Center form on our website.
- Submit Request: Click "Mail Us Your Request."
- Choose Special Request: Select "Special Request" and then "Add Seat Selection."
- Provide Details: Fill in the required information in the form.
- Submit Form: Tap "Submit" and wait for our support team to get in touch.
Note:
- Some flights require children and adults with infants to check in at the airport counter rather than online.
Refund Policy for Paid Seats:
- Refunds are not available for paid seats. If you cancel your flight, the paid seat will not be refunded.

How many passengers can be booked in one reservation?
Reservations can be made for up to six (6) passengers in one transaction.
To book a reservation for seven (7) or more passengers, you have to made booking separately each 6 passengers.
Where can I see how much my ticket will cost?
The total amount due for each passenger — airfare plus all applicable taxes — will be displayed after your flights have been chosen.
This total will also be broken down according to passenger type (i.e., adult, child, or infant).
How will I receive my tickets?
You should receive the e-ticket receipt via email shortly after the reservation is confirmed.
You may also print your e-ticket through Airpaz website.
